Asset Manager - San Juan

Requisitos:
A degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Real estate knowledge is preferred.

Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Previous working experience as an Asset Manager or Customer Service for 1+ years.

Proficiency of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Actividades a realizar:
Manage all the necessary tasks to place the properties on the market and complete them in the Pyramid platform in the time stablished for each of them.

Keep a database in excel of the assigned properties.

Make estimated valuations of items that may be within the properties.

Manage HOA documentation with the administration staff of the properties.

Verify the status of tax accounts of the properties.

Check the listing information of the properties one they are on the market.

Review marketing plans.

Perform estimated property damage assessments.

Create and/or review property inspections reports.
