This is a work from home position and applicant can be based anywhere in Puerto Rico - A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting top-C level executives as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a start-up environment - Advanced technology skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and One Note), Google Docs, Google Sheets, Acrobat, Asana, Slack, etc.

- Ability to learn various software applications - Possesses the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture - A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with professionals inside and outside the company is important - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making ability - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills - Positive attitude, proactive and problem solver mentality - Excellent time management skills - Preferably with E-commerce Background but not required
- Support the CEO/Entrepreneur in a fast paced, high growth environment. - Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing all email communication (answer and filter CEO's e-mails and telephone calls) and scheduling 15-20 meetings per week. - Provide the CEO with background information, meeting summaries and/or supporting documents / presentation materials in preparation for scheduled appointments and meetings; coordinates with
other departments as necessary for specific engagements and maintains and tracks detailed priority list of projects and engagements - Performing minor financial tasks (coordinate payment requests from vendors, sending a few invoices, submitting receipts, reconciling credit card statements, etc.) - Organize and maintain a detailed file system, and file correspondence and records. - Arrange occasional travel and run errands. - Help with some marketing related tasks (updating websites using Shopify, etc.) - Communicate professionally with vendors, employees, and service providers - Interact with people at all levels of an organization in an engaging, professional manner, and handle and manage confidential/sensitive information of all kinds with the utmost discretion and confidentiality - Keen ability to anticipate needs, plan-ahead and implement accordingly - You'll need a professional phone and email presence and the ability to take on and complete projects on your own - You should be eager to learn and grow, incredibly diligent, obsessively accountable, and joyful about providing value to the company and our customers - Our expectations are very high, and the level of support, training and respect in the Office is very high as well
