IT Programmer - San Juan

Requisitos:
BS/MS in either Information Systems, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

Advanced knowledge of database structure and theory.

Proven track record of 5-7 years of continuous experience in development and implementation of data solutions, ideally in financial services.

Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server Reporting Services Knowledge and experience using IIS, SSL, and Web Security.

2 + years of experience managing Oracle & SQL databases.

Experience in working in the MS development environment including .Net and C#.

Familiarity with AWS's server environment.

Experience in JavaScript, HTML, Dynamics CRM, DevOps, Team Foundation Server, and Azure.

3 + Experience with Modern HTML & CSS coding experience, .NET application programming and analysis experience.

Experience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy.

Excellent interpersonal skills comfort and competence in dealing with various levels of the organization.

Strong, effective communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong analytical, problem solving and data mining skills.

Ability to prioritize, work to deadlines, work under pressure. Results oriented, flexible, adaptable.

Work well independently and be a team player.

Versatile, creative temperament, ability to think out-of-the box while defining sound and practical solutions. Agility to master new skills.
Actividades a realizar:
Provide expertise in design, development and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics systems.

Focus on Accounting applications improvements.

Captures and analyzes business requirements for IF Data Warehouse.

Prepares and presents recommendations for data warehouse/business intelligence solutions options that best achieve business needs simplifies the data landscape, and increases the ability to discover, manage, and analyze data.

Maintains a detailed knowledge base of the underlying data and data structures, and manages data content, current and potential future users, and the quality and integrity of data within the DW.

Maintain updated IF reports portfolio in MicroStrategy and evaluate improvements with end users.

Performs hands-on analysis, design, development and deployment of solutions.

Establishes standards and guidelines for coding, performance optimization, documentation, and end user support.

Keeps up to date on database warehouse/business intelligence products and technologies.

Assists and provides direction to co-workers in using new techniques and in solving their more complex technical problems.

Performs hands-on coding and assists in architecting solutions. May serve as liaison to internal customers, research groups and various business support areas. Such as Marketing, Operations, Accounting, Compliance.

Participate and provide advice on business requirements gathering sessions with non- technical stakeholders.

Develop and maintain data warehouse environment documentation

Use strong analytical skills and knowledge of the latest technology trends to deliver data solutions.

Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability

Design and develop website features, functionality, enhancements, and modifications to existing IF WEB site.

Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain multiple websites and complex web-based applications.
