Requisitos:
1. Fully Bilingual: Spanish/English
2. TN, H-1B or H3 Visa preferred
3. Experience in Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices Projects
Actividades a realizar:
- Act as the client representative, support project activities.
- Adherence to all safety, health and environmental rules and regulations and enforcement by all employees and contractors.
- Assure the flow of information between all project team members to help ensure that all performance targets are met.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Ensure document management and control system is established for all project documents.
- Schedule and attend meetings, issuing agendas, meeting requests, and reserving resources.
- Enforce and assist in the project closeout by managing punch list and closeout logs, compiling turnover package, contract closeout and transfer of care and custody.
- Assist in compiling monthly project reports for PM compiling project metrics.
