2+ years direct or inside sales experience

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.

Proven work of successful sales cycle closing from lead to customer

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Customer Service Skills: A commitment to excellent customer service.

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer skills Competency in including Word, Excel and Outlook Quickbooks

Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction

Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Provide solutions for every customer to boost revenue growth
Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales prospects

Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume.

Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.

Recommend changes in products, service, and propose new products through ongoing market assessment and competitive analysis.

Develop and provide solutions curb tailed to customer needs. Record customer communications of such needs to follow up

and maximize satisfaction

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone.

Maintain customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees answering their questions responding to special requests describing product features.
